Built in a beautiful natural bay with an amphitheatre design, Vathy is the island's capital, its liveliest and busiest town.
Visit the district of Ano Vathy, located on the old part of the village, you can explore all the small village where you can find small fishermen's houses that create a stunning setting.
Another of the most visited places by visitors to Samos is Potami beach near Karlovassi, a beautiful golden sandy beach where you can spend the day in close connection with nature, from here a small path takes you to the Potami waterfalls, a beautiful spot.
The monastery of Zoodohos Pigi, with its beautiful paintings from the 1800s, is also worth a visit!
