➔ Samos Vathy is a fascinating island. According to legend, Juno, the goddess of childbirth and marriage, was born here.
Built in a beautiful natural bay with an amphitheatre design, Vathy is the island's capital, its liveliest and busiest town.

Visit the district of Ano Vathy, located on the old part of the village, you can explore all the small village where you can find small fishermen's houses that create a stunning setting.

Another of the most visited places by visitors to Samos is Potami beach near Karlovassi, a beautiful golden sandy beach where you can spend the day in close connection with nature, from here a small path takes you to the Potami waterfalls, a beautiful spot.
The monastery of Zoodohos Pigi, with its beautiful paintings from the 1800s, is also worth a visit!

➔In the northern part of Greece you can discover the beautiful town of Kavala, close to Macedonia. This is a multicultural destination where you can find the footprints of different cultures!

The Panagia neighbourhood is rich in history as you stroll through the streets and explore the Kamares aqueduct, the old tobacco warehouses and the Archaeological Museum where you can see the remains of ancient Amfipoli.

Spend a day at the beach: most of the beaches have fine white sand and crystal clear turquoise water, the most famous being Keramoti and Ammolofoi beaches.

⚓A wide range of services including bars, restaurants, shops and solariums are available on board the Samos Vathy Kavala ferries.

The bars serve breakfast, delicious sandwiches and drinks with tasty appetisers, while the a la carte and self-service restaurants offer both classic and special menus to suit all tastes.

💺The route offers a variety of accommodations, including cabins.

  • You can choose a deck passage, which is the most economical of the various options, you don't have an assigned seat but you do have access to various areas of the ship.

  • If you choose to reserve a seat, your seats will be reclining and numbered. They are located in air-conditioned areas of the ferry. 

  • If you want more space and privacy, we recommend that you book a cabin for your exclusive use. Cabins can be double, triple, inside or outside.

🐾There are also pet cabins available if you are travelling with your pet. These are equipped with all the comforts for your four-legged friend. You can also reserve a kennel.

❗Remember to bring the necessary items to take your pet with you: a lead, a muzzle if required, a pet carrier and the necessary health papers.
