Ferries from Barcelona to Formentera

This ferry crossing is managed by the ferry company Balearia and include a stopover and a ferry change in Ibiza, and the travel time is approximately 9 hours. Depending on the season, there are 5 to 7 connections per week, which are usually scheduled at night. Almost all ferries have garages to allow several vehicles to board, ideal if you prefer to be completely independent and travel with your own car. You can reserve a reclining seat with footrest located in a more exclusive lounge. Exclusive access cabins equipped with shower/wc and air conditioning are also available, ideal for those who wish to travel in total privacy!

Ferries from Ibiza to Formentera

During high season, about 19 fast ferries run daily, with a travel time of about 30 minutes. Other companies such as Mediterránea Pitiusa, Aquabus and Trasmapi offer additional departures to/from Formentera departing from the main port of Ibiza and from the ports of Figueretas and Playa den Bossa. The crossing lasts about 40 minutes and passengers on board can travel comfortably in the internal or external seats. The fast ferries on the Playa d'en Bossa - Figueretas Formentera routes are hydrofoils and,therefore, do not have garages for loading vehicles. You can only embark on foot or with your bike.

This ferry trip is direct and takes about 2.5 hours by fast ferry. Balearia operates non-stop all year round. On board it is possible to embark vehicles and passengers have at their disposal air-conditioned lounges and numerous seats.
