The ferry company Trieste Lines performs the crossing from Italy to Croatia and return during summer season, usually from June to end of September. The fast ferries do not have garages and therefore it is not possible to board any vehicles.
Hydrofoils only carry passengers. One piece of hand baggage is included in the ticket and any extra luggages must be added prior boarding at the port office by paying a little extra fee for each extra luggage. If traveling with small children it is allowed to take a stroller free of charge.
It is possible to take bicycles and pets on board all Trieste Lines hydrofoils. Small animals are allowed to travel in a cage, dogs must be on a leash, muzzled and have an international passport. On board a small bar/cafeteria and restrooms are available during crossing time.
