website is not very clear: f.i. :it is not clear if i must present myself 2 hours in advance a the ticket-office or not ? Can i take the ferry at the time i prefer on may 22nd ?

I think the online service was great. I wish I knew more about the luggage part of the service. I'm still confused on what is considered luggage and what isn't. I booked 3, but have a small backpack and purse so I'm not sure if that's considered a bag.

Dear Customer, we kindly inform you that in the cost of the ticket is included a hand luggage per person. Any larger piece of luggage or any additional luggage must be considered as "extra baggage".
