We travel a lot and sometimes transportation websites are difficult to understand. This website could not have been any easier to use, thank you!!

I put the wrong date on our original booking, 14/09/17 - Ischia-Sorrento-. wrote 3 times to reuqest a change to 17/09/17, same time, 10:35. I have had no response, and have had to go ahead and book another ferry on 17/09. I am extremely dissatisfied with your lack of response. I will not pay for the double booking. Please improve your service to passengers. Segnore Professore Chernick

When I finally found your web site, everything was easy. The booking fee was a little less than one of the competitors.

Booking online worked great, however it was not made clear that these are not real 'tickets' but you still have to go to the ticket office to get your boarding pass. What is the point of booking online if you still have to wait foe your ticket at the port? This is for just a 30min ferry, why would you make it so complicated like an airport?!

Dear customer unfortunately several naval companies did not entail the issue of an e- ticket ready for the embarcation, but a voucher that should be converted at the ticket office before the departure. The utility of buying a voucher on line is to make sure the availability of the choosen departure time and do not have a risk to not find a place for that departure once at port. thank you, Ok-Ferry staff

Human response was quick & efficient, but both bookings needed to be revised a/c incorrect/incomplete information generated on the original tickets. Need to be correct the first time.

It was very easy to book the ferry service. One suggestion, I needed to make 3 one way tickets and had to start over each time. It would have been a little easier if I could have reserved all 3 together and inputted our names and credit card info once. But not a big deal.

I got the tickets allright. I got confused about all the paperwork and th differences in the tickets for the round trip. (different logos and presentation.) I tried to get someone on the phone but for 10 minutes nobody was anwering. I gave up! The rest went OK

It would be nice if by the time the reservation is paid for, the ferry schedule is already guaranteed. We made reservation and paid for the boat tickets only to be told after the fact that our chosen time is already fully-booked and that we have to pick a different time slot 1-hour earlier than we would have wanted.

Efficient and easy to use website

I had checked a number of sites, looking for ferry tickets, they were difficult to navigate. I had almost given up on my dream of visiting Capri, until I tried this site. It was so easy, I managed to navigate it on my iPad. They also accept PayPal which is my preferred method of payment. The tickets were in my email, ready to print within minutes. Thank you!
