I haven't actually gotten on a boat yet... but the process of bookings was very simple and straight forward. I made one error on one of my reservations and OK Ferry responded very quickly to the updated information I gave them.

There was a problem with the names on the booking. Some of the first names and surnames were mixed up on the tickets. Some were correct. We were quite certain they were all entered correctly. I will need to contact you to do the corrections.

Dear Customer, we kindly inform you that on your ticket there are the correct data inserted during the online booking. You can check it in your booking summary not valid for boarding. Excellent service as when I originally booked, transaction failed and then I did not have time to re-book but I was called and the person explained that return ferry was fully booked but we re-organised the return on the phone and it was all very easy, so thank you for your attention.

After bokning my ticket at Ok-ferry.com I checked the price at ferry companies site and realised that I paid 10euro additional in booking fee on ok-ferry.com. That is a lot for tickets for 45 euro. Dissapointing.
