Service worked flawlessly. Only suggestion would be to send a courtesy e-mail after booking that actual tickets will follow within a certain time frame sent directly to your e-mail.

website is not very clear: f.i. :it is not clear if i must present myself 2 hours in advance a the ticket-office or not ? Can i take the ferry at the time i prefer on may 22nd ?

I think the online service was great. I wish I knew more about the luggage part of the service. I'm still confused on what is considered luggage and what isn't. I booked 3, but have a small backpack and purse so I'm not sure if that's considered a bag.

Dear Customer, we kindly inform you that in the cost of the ticket is included a hand luggage per person. Any larger piece of luggage or any additional luggage must be considered as "extra baggage". You only need to print this voucher and show it to the desk office before departure to collect your boarding pass.
