Mediterranean ferry booking center

I haven't received an email the ferry ticket I have booked. If you can include the link for my ticket on this survey, it will be much easier for your customers. Moreover, I live in America, it is not clear if I can book the tickets by using American dollars. I hope you have this information on your website, that way will be easier for anyone to understand the booking information. Overall good job!

Quick, efficient service.

The information regarding the ferry (like open deck, armchair) should be posted at selecting the time. Except for that it is fine.

Handy website because it was in English. However in booking a ferry from Ischia to Sorrento it wasn't clear 1 bag was allowed anyway so I book a bag each at extra cost. It seems I have now booked and paid for 2 bags each.

Quick and easy. The only problem was American Express card payments were not available.

Very simple to follow and very efficient

Service was great. Company went out of the way to alert me that there was an issue with my payment, which allowed me to get things sorted out before I arrived in Italy. I really appreciate this above and beyond step- many companies would not have taken the time to alert me, leaving me in a bind when I arrived. Thank you!

Excellent service; my only suggestion would be to explain that tickets from Napoli need to be exchanged for boarding passes; without an understanding of Italian, that's not altogether clear.

OK Ferry could do no more than they did to help - they helped me with the best value and answered all questions clearly ... in English. The OK customer service manager Alex was easy and friendly to deal with.

Easy, quick and wonderful way of booking tickets.

I have been pleased with our service . It is very easy to use. The only problem is to know what is "prénom" and "nom" (in french) in your site. You don't use the word "lastname".

I had some initial problems with the credit card transaction, possibly because I was booking from the United States. But I'm very pleased with the follow-up service that was provided to help me solve the problem. I'm glad to have the option to book tickets online before our trip so that we don't have to worry!

Hello, I booked my tickets a week ago and after being told that I would be emailed them, am still waiting to receive my tickets. The ticket fares have been credited from my account without any receipt of the tickets. I have tried to email the company to request an update (twice) but have not heard anything back. I am growing increasingly frustrated and will not use this company again.
