I needed ferry tickets from Naples to Sorrento and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was booking with Ok-ferry. I was a little concerned when I received an email asking for payment when I had given my credit card details on the booking page, but I followed their instructions and received the tickets within a few minutes of paying, by return email. I would use this company again.

When I was preparing the booking of the tickets all steps were pretty simple. Only problem that I had is the payment. I did the transaction but there was no booking. I got the mail from the support team which was OK but when I redo the payment through secure web link was blocked. On the end it show that payment was not successful which was wrong. I got an e-mail with confirmation and the tickets.

Every thing was fine. However, I usually get tickets immediately when I book on the internet E.G. theatre tickets. It can be worrying if you have to wait before the ticket is e-mailed. This is not your fault, it is a systems error. In addition, I originally tried to book the ticket in February. The web site let me - but a ticket was never sent. I was too early but this was not shown on the site.

At the time of booking, the particular ferry service had not opened their service, and OK Ferry booking notified me of this and held all my information then re-opened the booking once the lines were opened. I was very impressed that OK Ferry service kept me informed and up to date with my booking.
