As a first time user I found the site very simple to use (and in English was a real bonus), the response times were extremely good to any queries that I had. So overall, a really good experience. Maybe value for money is my only reservation that prevents a 5* review.

Your booking agent Jessica was very professional, kind and helpful. There was a problem with your online banking portal for a couple of days accepting credit cards from the U.S. but thanks to Jessica the issue was identified and corrected.

It is not clear from the information of the site, that the ticket I bought is just a voucher, and that I still have to check-in to acquire a tichet with which i can embark. The response on my e-mail was however quick and adequate, so now I am wellinformed

The booking site is perfect, I have just one remark: I did have to check on the "privacy" item, otherwise I got the error "All items with * are obligatory". The privacy item did not have an asterisk and I think you will let the choice to the customer if he wants that his data can be used.

Very easy to book through your company and we received our receipt straight away. We have been through that part of Italy a few times, twice to Capri from Naples and spent three days in Cinque terre. This is our first time in Salerno and would like to know how long it will take us from the cruise terminal to the ferry? Thanks in advance
