The information in the site is misleading. According to the information from this site, I suppose to board the ferry from Molo Manfredi port where my cruise ship is expected to ported. But I need to pick up the ticket from the Concordia port which is a mile away.

An improvement would be a quicker response in emailing tickets, for example when booking with Trainline, a confirmation email was sent immediately confirming booking. Having to wait overnight for tickets to arrive keft me feeling indirect of the online booking had been successful.

It is not clear on the website that you have to be at the dock already 30 minutes before departure to exchange the tickets to boarding passes. Likewise it is unclear what the insurance covers before it is bought. Otherwise the service is quick and clear.

5 stars QUICK, RELIABLE AND SIMPLE

Booking experience is, sorry to say, average at best. At least I would appreciate to book 3 legs in a ferry journey in one go (eh Milazzo - Stromboli - Salina - Milazzo) without two booking procedures and fees. Ideally, you extend this service to include the shuttle CTA to Milazzo. So, I press recommend only because the information is at one place. Kind regards, Stefan

Easy to use and book!

I used the English version of the site and it was very easy to use and understand. I only wish they mentioned you need to be at all of the ferries 30 minutes early before the booking is complete, and not just in the confirmation email.

Booking was easy and informative,looking forward to my trip to capri to naples on the 18th.

Whilst my wife and I are regular visitors to Sorrento and have used the ferries to Capri and other destinations such as Naples, Ischia and the Amalfi Coast many times in the past, this is the first time I have used the OK ferry 's booking centre. The online system is easy to use with fast response time. Documentation is good and whilst my Italian is limited, I was able to understand the forms.
