Very simple. Confirmation online was all in Italian, but then the email was in English, not a big deal, but was scared for a second due to needing to understand all the fine rules fully..

Easiest website to navigate for ferry on Amalfi Coast. Baggage prices etc easy to find compared to some I looked at for same service !

Email of tickets was fast and efficient as was ease of navigating website. I was confused about the baggage policy (1 handbag per person for free but I am not clear if a handbag is considered carry on luggage or a tote bag/backpack is considered carry on luggage???)

The website was very easy to use and the email response was almost instant. Great Job!!! Only comment would be a cell phone application option for ticket delivery. This would help in case the print outs get damage or misplaced.

Excellent booking service. Very easy website to navigate and book the tickets. Only confusing thing was that the first email received after the booking has a "submit Payment" button and it does not make it clear whether we should click on it again. It looks like we do not need to. So you should eliminate it from the email. Thanks.
