The purchase process was fine on my mobile phone, but now it is uncertain if the ferry will accept electronic tickets and I have the burden of finding so.ekne to peont out the tickets for me. The ferry should have the option of accepting electronic tickets from youe mobile phone.
Dear customer unfortunately several naval companies did not entail the issue of an e- ticket ready for the embarcation, but a voucher that should be converted at the ticket office before the departure. thank you, Ok-Ferry staff

We were charged additional 80 EUR on the ferry for second twin cabin. Please be aware that when you are choosing two twin cabins in the price of quadruple cabin you still have to choose two cabins (quadruple cabin is for four hence one can understand that choosing one offer he/she receives twin cabins for four persons).
Dear Customer, we kindly inform you have booked 1 cabin set for 2 persons (not 2 double cabins), therefore by adding another double cabin to your original reservation you had to pay price difference. Best regards staff Ok-Ferry

After I received confirmation of payment, I was surprised to find a 10Euro service charge. This was not shown during my order. I had visited the Sardenia Ferry Company's website directly to view their offer. Their price was the same so I decided to continue with you. In order to offer more transparency, please inform the customer in advance that you would be charging a service charge.
