Your service is very good but I am from New Zealand and the tickets are in Italian - so I either need to learn Italian fast or request a ticket in English so I can check the details are correct. My booking number is PTPR1904290007

I have had a terrible experience. The date changed on the website and I didn't notice until I received the confirmation. My tickets are for the wrong day, which I notified you about within minutes of receiving the tickets via email. Yet the ferry company now says I owe a 50% fee to switch the date, even though I paid for insurance? It's outrageous.
