Mediterranean ferry booking center

Hello everything ok,pleased with service. Waiting for the one I paid for yesterday, probally taking longer as i paid with PAY PAL.

A decent web site to book ferry trips on. Would be easier if you could purchase multiple trips in one transaction via a cart, but the system seemed sound and provided instructions in English

Very good service. Easy to follow instructions. The only thing I would add are clear maps of where the ticket offices are and where the Boats leave from and directions to get there. I am sure it is all easy but we have never been to these places before so it would have been nice to have it right on your website

The site was very easy to understand and to use to purchase tickets.

The service was very good and very prompt. However, how the price can differ by €100 between making the request and being offered the tickets I am not sure - disappointing.

The information in the site is misleading. According to the information from this site, I suppose to board the ferry from Molo Manfredi port where my cruise ship is expected to ported. But I need to pick up the ticket from the Concordia port which is a mile away.

An improvement would be a quicker response in emailing tickets, for example when booking with Trainline, a confirmation email was sent immediately confirming booking. Having to wait overnight for tickets to arrive keft me feeling indirect of the online booking had been successful.

me ha parecido un servicio correcto, he tenido algún problema debido a que inicialmente viene en ingles y no lo traduje al castellano ,pero todo solucionado, tampoco queda claro si lo haces on line, el tener que pasar por la ventanilla de compra de billetes antes de la salida, pensaba que con el billete electrónico ya era suficiente

It is not clear on the website that you have to be at the dock already 30 minutes before departure to exchange the tickets to boarding passes. Likewise it is unclear what the insurance covers before it is bought. Otherwise the service is quick and clear.
