Mediterranean ferry booking center

Now to travel in Italy and ferry service. Was easy to find the routes I wanted, clear detail of what is included and easy to book with fast confirmation.

The website was very easy. One of the last steps changed to Italian for the payment which made me nervous. It all worked out and I got my tickets. Looking forward to taking the ferry in October and I will write another review.

Easy and efficient process - received my tickets with in a matter of minutes. Would be even better if you could book multiple journeys in the same transaction.

I am satisfied with the service you provided, however I have only one observation: I am from Costa Rica and this country isn't available within the country options when asked where I was from. I hope I won't have any trouble getting on the ferry because of this. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Hello, Ordering tickets was very simple only little confusion was with an email stating I needed to go to a secure website to purchase tickets but I had already received the other email with the tickets. Just had to double check the booking # to confirm this was the same vendor and not a fraud of some sort. But I'm happy with the process.

Swift and easy transaction. Smooth sailing, departed and arrived on time. Would book again.

Good service, a bit disappointing when you finalize your purchase but actually you do not receive immediately your tickets. It can badly impact the customer experience overall.

The purchase process was fine on my mobile phone, but now it is uncertain if the ferry will accept electronic tickets and I have the burden of finding so.ekne to peont out the tickets for me. The ferry should have the option of accepting electronic tickets from youe mobile phone.

Dear customer unfortunately several naval companies did not entail the issue of an e- ticket ready for the embarcation, but a voucher that should be converted at the ticket office before the departure. thank you, Ok-Ferry staff

I went on to Ok Ferry and booked my tickets for Salerno to Capri rather easily. The tickets arrived via email in about 2 hours, and they are printed, and we're ready for our trip next week. Thank you OKFerry.... Now if I can just understand all the Italian words, I will be just fine.

We were charged additional 80 EUR on the ferry for second twin cabin. Please be aware that when you are choosing two twin cabins in the price of quadruple cabin you still have to choose two cabins (quadruple cabin is for four hence one can understand that choosing one offer he/she receives twin cabins for four persons).

Dear Customer, we kindly inform you have booked 1 cabin set for 2 persons (not 2 double cabins), therefore by adding another double cabin to your original reservation you had to pay price difference. Best regards staff Ok-Ferry

All in all it was ok but prices should be shown from the beginning, plus when booking and setting the phone nr prefix it has changed my nationality to german which is now incorrect and cant change it anymore

I had visited the Sardenia Ferry Company's website directly to view their offer. Their price was the same so I decided to continue with you. In order to offer more transparency, please inform the customer in advance that you would be charging a service charge.
