Easy and quick. Bravo.

Very good service.

Everything worked very smooth. Thank you

Very user friendly. Clear, informative, and I hope, accurate.

Easy to find the right tickets, took no time at all.

5 stars QUICK, RELIABLE AND SIMPLE

Booking experience is, sorry to say, average at best. At least I would appreciate to book 3 legs in a ferry journey in one go (eh Milazzo - Stromboli - Salina - Milazzo) without two booking procedures and fees. Ideally, you extend this service to include the shuttle CTA to Milazzo. So, I press recommend only because the information is at one place. Kind regards, Stefan

Easy to use and book!

I used the English version of the site and it was very easy to use and understand. I only wish they mentioned you need to be at all of the ferries 30 minutes early before the booking is complete, and not just in the confirmation email.

Booking was easy and informative, looking forward to my trip to capri to naples on the 18th.

Whilst my wife and I are regular visitors to Sorrento and have used the ferries to Capri and other destinations such as Naples, Ischia and the Amalfi Coast many times in the past, this is the first time I have used the OK ferry 's booking centre. The online system is easy to use with fast response time. Documentation is good and whilst my Italian is limited, I was able to understand the forms.

Easy online.

Efficient service

Very prompt service. Easy to use.

Very good service - easy to use and quick response with tickets to e-mail within minutes. Only downside is tickets are in Italian so a little difficult to check if you're not completely familiar with the language. Otherwise - excellent

Service was great! I accidentally booked my tickets in reverse order and within 10 minutes a friendly representative called me to confirm that my times were correct.

Very easy transaction. One suggestion would be to explain your luggage policy more prominently.

Quick and easy service for booking. Booked my ferry tickes to Capri in couple of minutes. Best website I could find so far.

Clear, quick easy to use service! Thanks!

Excellent service overall. The website is easy to navigate, full information is provided on schedules, routes and fares. Additional value add services are offered at the end of the transaction. Our tickets were delivered very promptly.

Fast and clear.

All good. Fee is high.

Great service

As a resident of Sicily I should have gotten some discount, which has been given on my way from Genua to Palermo. It's disappointing...

Comprehensive booking site. Easy to navigate.

One of the better on-line sites for booking transport . Very quick and efficient service and effective use of data and options re luggage or insurance from which one can easily choose.

Buongiorno! I am extremely happy and thankful the online reservation system was easy to use. Additionally my mom booked her trip last minute so I needed quick help adding her to my existing reservations. That was so easy with the quick responses of your service team. Grazie Mille!
