The shuttle departs approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes before ferry departure from Ålidhem, and about 1 hour and 20 minutes before departure from the city centre. After the ferry arrives, the return service starts roughly 15 minutes later. Please note that the shuttle is not included in the ferry ticket and must be booked no later than 3 hours before departure.
By train
Umeå Central Station and Umeå East Station are located in the city centre. From there, the ferry terminal can be reached easily by shuttle service or taxi.
