In the vicinity of the port there are several services available to passengers getting on or off the ferries. You will find bars, restaurants, pharmacies, ticket offices, shopping centers, supermarkets,info points and tourist information centers.

Dubrovnik's waterfront promenade stretches 2 km along the harbor, offering services to ferry passengers. The market set up in the street parallel to the port near the ferry terminals is one of the attractions to visit, here all typical Croatian gastronomic specialties are displayed. The maritime station arranged near the ferry terminals offers the opportunity to safely store luggage and take advantage of the info points for useful information about the area. In the immediate vicinity of the Dubrovnik port is arranged the cab station.

The new bus station located in Gruz is very close to the port, in the commercial area at Put Republike street number 19. Cipili International Airport is the closest, about 20 km from the city. There are large paid parking lots in the surrounding area that are open at any time of the day, and they also often provide shuttle service from the city to the port area.
