The Cíes Islands are a Spanish archipelago located in the mouth of the Ría de Vigo. They belong to the municipality of Vigo, in the province of Pontevedra (Galicia, Spain) and were declared a Nature Reserve in 1980 and are included in the Atlantic Islands of Galicia National Park.
This archipelago is made up of three islands: Isla del Faro and Isla de Monteagudo are united and Isla de San Martiño; in addition to islets such as Penela dos Viños, Ruzo, Grabelos and Agoeiro.
