Thanks to Mr Ferry you can easily book your ferry ticket to Cangas in advance and at the best price!
Besides being a good starting point to visit the islands, Vigo or the rest of the Rías Baixas region in general, you will be amazed by the treasures that hide. Take a stroll through the old town, visit the church of Santiago de Cangas, with its stunning Renaissance facade. Not far from there you'll also find Rúa Real, an avenue full of elegant mansions.
If you want to fully enjoy the typical nature of the region, you should visit the food market, where you can taste the delights of the exquisite cuisine of Cangas. In addition, Cangas has one of the longest coastlines in Spain, conferring it a large number of beaches, not to be missed, we recommend:
Praia de Rodeira: the main one in Cangas, nine hundred meters long and forty wide, it is also the busiest and is close to all services.
Praia de Barra: is a naturist beach included in the Protected Natural Area of Barra Dunes, made of very white sand and shell remains.
Praia de Areamilla: a small semi-urban beach, that is, close to services but located in a natural area, it overlooks a small inlet protected by cliffs.
Praia de Nerga: features pearly sand and crystal-clear waters; it is surrounded by the nature of a green pine forest, but still offers refreshment facilities.
