Sardinia Ferries All departures and offers on Mr Ferry!

The ferry company Sardinia Ferries was founded in 1981 with the aim of managing the new routes planned for Sardinia; it belongs to Corsica Ferries, a Corsican shipping company founded in 1968 by Pascal P. Lota.

Originally the port of Olbia, welcomed ships arriving from the port of Livorno, but later Sardinia Ferries saw a real opportunity for growth in moving its arrivals to the port of Golfo Aranci, creating a viable alternative to the Sardinian tourist market.

After a long period of new investments, new routes to France were opened and Sardinia Ferries became one of the leading companies for the transport of passengers, vehicles and goods.

At the beginning of the 2000s, the company renewed its fleet and introduced its first fast ferries that could board a large number of vehicles. The company was very successful in reducing travel times and was soon able to add new Sardinia Ferries routes to its network of connections.

Sardinia Ferries Fleet and on board services

Today the Sardinia Ferries departures are served by a modern fleet of 12 ferries that guarantees an excellent service and a wide choice of schedules and promo fares.

The company connects Sardinia all year round from the port of Livorno with the port of Golfo Aranci and in high season also with the ports of Savona, Civitavecchia and Piombino. There are also Sardinia Ferries connections from France from the ports of Nice and Toulon, arriving in Golfo Aranci or Porto Torres.

On board the ferries Sardinia Ferries are available various services, including bars, restaurants with special menus for children, play areas, stores, TV, wifi, air-conditioned recliners salons, free deck chairs on the outside decks and on some ships a swimming pool and spa.

During the Sardinia Ferries crossings the passengers can also stay in the cabins, which are equipped with private bathroom and exclusive access. These can be inside, outside with sea view, Superior or Pet-Friendly, for those who own a pet.

Animals are welcome on the ships Sardinia Ferries, they must wear a muzzle and be kept on a leash, they have access to all common areas including bar and restaurant as long as they remain with their owners at all times.

The company meets every need and for this reason offers other services that allow you and avoid long waits and queues, such as "Top Position", where you can disembark first, or "Express Boarding", where you can board with priority.
