Jadrolinija shipping company is one of the most important ferry companies in Croatia, based in Rijeka. In 1947 it was founded by the merger of small Croatian companies with the aim of offering new internal connections between the various islands and with Italy.
Jadrolinija ferry company has a fleet of 3 ferries which cover internal routes between the Croatian coast, Dalmatian islands and international lines with Italy.
Ferries depart from the ports of Ancora and Bari, to the main ports in Croatia, such as Zadar, Split, Dubrovnik and Stari Grad, and to Bar, in Montenegro.
Jadrolinija Fleet and on board services
Jadrolinija departures from Ancona to Split operate all year round with weekly departures, on the other hand Jadrolinija lines from Ancona to Stari Grad and Zadar are seasonal and operate several times a week.
The Jadrolinija route from Bari to Dubrovnik also operates regularly from April to October with several departures per week. Jadrolinija ferries also take you on a voyage of discovery to Montenegro with summer connections from Bari to the city of Bar.

Pets are welcome aboard Jadrolinija ships, although you must book in advance. There are no kennels, but passengers are welcome to take their pets on a leash and muzzled during the crossing.
All Jadrolinija ships have elevators and easy access for disabled guests, but only the M/N Zadar has specially equipped cabins.
