Ferries All departures and offers on Mr Ferry!

The ferry company Grandi Navi Veloci was founded in 1992 by an Italian shipowner which is now managed by a group of shareholders based in Genoa. Some the various objectives of this young company is to facilitate the transport of vehicles, passengers and goods, to provide a quality service to guests on board and to make connections in the Mediterranean increasingly faster.

The first GNV departures were on the Italian route Genoa - Palermo, then in 2003 the new GNV routes to North Africa were inaugurated and in the following years also those to Spain and Albania.

The fleet of Grandi Navi Veloci consists of 13 modern ferries used for the transport of passengers and goods, all of them equipped with the best technologies to ensure maximum safety and comfort.

Grandi Navi Veloci Fleet and on board services

Today the Grandi Navi Veloci connections are active towards Sardinia and Sicily, from Genoa or Civitavecchia to Porto Torres, Olbia, Palermo or Termini Imerese. Other GNV crossings are planned from the French port of Sète or from the Spanish city of Barcelona to Morocco (ports of Nador and Tangier).

Other Grandi Navi Veloci sailings are planned between Civitavecchia and Barcelona and from the Apulian port of Bari to Durazzo, in Albania.

GNV ships are equipped with every comfort to guarantee pleasant crossings. They are designed for long and short trips, offering day and night sailings throughout the Mediterranean at competitive prices all year round.

On board GNV ferries there are different types of accommodation, from recliners located in common lounges to cabins or suites with 2, 3 or 4 beds, with exclusive access and private bathroom. The ships GNV also offer cabins specially designed for passengers with reduced mobility.

During the booking process it is possible to purchase meals at very competitive prices and choose the "Priority Boarding" or "Late Check-out" service, which allows you to stay in your cabin up to 15 minutes before arrival. On GNV routes pets are also welcome on board and can travel in Pet-Friendly cabins or kennels.
