Fares

- Infants from 0 to 4 years old are FREE OF CHARGE.
- Children from 5 to 10 years have a reduced fare.
- Passengers aged 11 and over are considered full fare adults.
Check-in
Once you have completed your booking on MrFerry you will receive directly to your device the confirmation document that you must present to the Fast Ferries port ticket office at check-in.
In order to simplify boarding procedures you will have to report to the ticket office one hour before the departure time if you are a passenger without an accompanying vehicle, if you are traveling with a vehicle you will have to be at check-in one and a half hours earlier.

On board every Fast Ferries ferry you will find several bars (depending on the type of vessel) where you can enjoy snacks or hot/cold drinks. You can also go shopping in the souvenir shops on board or surf online thanks to the Wi-Fi service.

If you are a passenger with reduced mobility, you can request assistance with embarking and disembarking. All Fast Ferries vessels have dedicated areas for these categories of travellers to ensure the best possible assistance throughout the crossing and to provide the best possible service to our passengers.

Bring your pet with you! All our ships have special areas where you can spend the crossing with your pet. Remember to have everything you need for your pet to travel with you: a lead, a muzzle, a carrier for small animals and a health record with all the necessary vaccinations. Ferries also have special areas for pet hygiene.
🧳Luggage
Each booked passenger is entitled to carry one piece of hand baggage: on boarding, the passenger may decide whether to keep the baggage with him/her for the duration of the crossing or to hand it over to the on-board staff for safekeeping and receive a receipt to collect it before disembarking.
