Caremar All departures and offers on Mr Ferry!
The ferry company Caremar, or "Campania Regionale Marittima", was founded in Naples in 1975 and started with the sea transport of passengers and vehicles between the islands of Ischia, Capri, Procida and the Pontine Islands and the main ports in the Gulf of Naples.
Over the years Caremar has faced important changes, the first in 2009 when the company passed to the Campania Region after a long period of state administration. Then, in 2011, part of the company was sold to the new company Laziomar, which manages all the connections to the Pontine Islands. Finally, between 2013 and 2015, Caremar was fully privatized and acquired by Snav Spa and Rifim.
Caremar's fleet still consists of 6 ferries and 3 speedboats, all equipped with modern safety devices and excellent management systems, thanks to which Caremar offers a high quality standard.
