Cancellations

Cancellations or changes to the excursion date must be made via email (to the sender address of the confirmation).

Changes and cancellations more than 48 hours before the ticket date: Full or partial refund. In some cases, when cancellations are voluntary, the client will be responsible for paying possible management fees.

Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion date (2 days before): 75% of the total amount will be charged.

Cancellations on the same day of the excursion: 100% of the total will be charged.

If weather conditions prevent us from carrying out the excursion, you will be entitled to a refund of the reservation amount, but no claim can be made for this reason.

We always pay attention to any possible alerts issued by maritime authorities.

Cloudy weather or rain is not considered adverse weather conditions.
