The port of Vlora is one of Albania's most important ports. You will have daily departures from the Italian peninsula to the port of Brindisi. The port area manages considerable maritime traffic and is divided into two areas, the Western Calata, which receives passenger ferries, and the Eastern Calata, where larger ships and cargo arrive. The Vlora terminal provides various services such as an information desk, a market, restaurants and waiting rooms, and car and scooter rentals. The city center is about 5 km away and is easily reached by regular cab service and city bus connections.
